Sunday School – is every Sunday, after the Young Disciples Message, @ 11 am and is open to all. Taught by the Christian Educator and experienced volunteers, on any Sunday children and youth may learn about Bible stories, concepts and ideas behind the fruits of the spirit, the great Bible Heroes and Heroines like Jesus, Job, Noah, Daniel, Saul, Sarah, Esther, Moses, John, Zachariah, Elizabeth and more! Older youth in Sunday School participate in group prayer and thought provoking concepts with more in depth Bible study all presented in a light and fun atmosphere.

Youth Mission Work – On Second Sundays, children and youth will have a mission opportunity after eating with families at church meals. The varied activities are educational experiences of compassion. In the past we have done gift wrapping and treat making for Wounded Warriors at Walter Reed Hospital (ages 8+), Environmental Work (ages 4+) and work with local food banks (ages 16+).

Mother’s Day Tribute – Is in the Spring and is an event that caters to the congregation and everyone who is a mother or who has a mother. After worship service, a modest brunch and/or refreshments are served by children and youth along with a tribute to mothers!

Easter Eggstravaganza Festival – is held in the Spring and is open to the public youth kids and tweens in the Beverly Farms and Bells Mill Community; there are games, prizes and an Easter Egg Hunt.

Summer Work Trip to Bethany Beach – Geneva youth and friends will spend 4 days and 3 nights on work projects in the surrounding area, on group building and on the beach!  More details about dates, reservations and cost upcoming.

Every event is fully dependent and staffed by volunteers. Thus, events may need to be canceled without notice and volunteers are always welcome. If you would like to participate, contribute or volunteer with any of these amazing youth events or would like the current times and dates of the events, please contact the Christian Education Youth Director (CEYD), Carolyn Fink.
